This Privacy Policy applies to the website located at www.indonormemorial.org (the “Website”), which is operated by or for Indiana Donor Network (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED; DURATION
Information You Provide Us: When you visit certain portions of the Website, we may ask you to provide us with specific information, including contact information, such as your name or e-mail address. As next of kin, we may ask you for information about yourself, other next of kin, and the donor hero you are commemorating in the Donor Memorial Experience. That information may include text (for example, email addresses or personal quotes) or images (for example, photos of your donor hero). Unless you specifically request the deletion of any information you provide us, it will be stored in the Website indefinitely.
PERMISSION TO USE PHOTOGRAPHS
Information you provide us may include photographs including your donor hero with individuals other than yourself (each, a “Photographed Party”). When you upload a photograph, you are representing and warrantying to us that (1) you have obtained the permission of each Photographed Party to upload their image to the Website and used as contemplated by this Privacy Policy, and (2) you are either the copyright owner of the photograph (for example, you or the donor hero took the photograph) or you have obtained the permission of the copyright owner of the photograph to upload the image and use it as contemplated by this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to delete any photograph containing the image of a Photographed Party upon the request of a Photographed Party, or as requested by an image’s copyright owner.
INFORMATION SHARING
We will not share your personal information with unrelated third parties, except for the following specific purposes:
Website and Donor Memorial Experience Users: Legal next of kin of a donor hero may choose to make information about their donor hero publicly assessible on the Website. To the extent this occurs, the personal information uploaded with respect to a donor hero will be available to all users of the Website. Alternatively, legal next of kin of a donor hero may choose to make information about their donor hero available to a select group of Website users. To the extent this occurs, the personal information uploaded with respect to a donor hero will be available to that select group of users. In either case, it is possible that a visitor to the Donor Memorial Experience may select their donor hero’s profile and activate the on-site experience, in which case that donor hero’s uploaded information will be viewable by anyone in the Donor Memorial Experience space at that time.
Our Agents: We may employ other businesses, certain services and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include but are not limited to hosting the web application, sending e-mails, providing support, and providing customer service. These authorized agents may have access to the personally identifiable information needed to perform their specified functions, but they may not use that personally identifiable information for their own purposes.
Administrative or Legal Process: Your personal information may be transferred to third parties without notice to you in order to comply with applicable law, law enforcement agencies, to protect our rights, or protect the rights of other users of the Website.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SECURITY
Your information is stored in a web application hosted in the cloud in AWS and managed by a Trivium Interactive. We and our vendors, including Trivium Interactive, use reasonable measures to protect your personally identifiable information. However, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of this information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of the Website at any time.
